I received the program and the registration information. The program was perfect for my needs. I was able to schedule a 13 team basketball league with 12 teams playing each night on 2 courts. The program allowed me to schedule so each team played each other once, rotating times and courts, and with two teams that could not play at a particular time.

John.  This Winter I downloaded 4 - 5 different scheduling programs including yours and the one I had last year (I had to change it wasn't y2k compliant).  After playing with each of them, I quickly settled on yours (Diamond Scheduler).  I chose yours based on the graphical user interface and flexibility it offered.  Now that I've had a while to play with it, I've found all the outstanding features it has.  I love the way you edit games,  add teams not in the league, choose the number of times played in a week, and the easy way to establish field times (this used to take me 20 - 30 min to do alone).  This list could go on for a while.  Every time I think "I wish it had this option," I find it! When I decided on this software I was pleasantly surprised it was the least expensive (not that it would have changed my selection).  Great job. You have saved me a lot of time.

I downloaded the trial version first and couldn't believe it did everything and more for more than half the cost of all the other schedulers.  You have to know that all I know about the computer is self taught. I love your program. I worked until 10:30 am last night and completely finished the whole league (about three hours). I did a combined report from the four leagues I had created. I've just now finished printing copies for the chairman of the board to look at and approve. It solved several of the problems that were created when we tried to hand (manually) create a schedule ... I was also able to move dates quickly when I found out last night that cheerleading tryouts were going to interfere with several of our games. I've been a user of Diamond Scheduler for the past two seasons, and I thought I'd drop you a quick note to tell you how indispensable this program is! I maintain a website for a large youth softball league, serving about 600 girls. Diamond Scheduler makes it easy to post our league's results and standings.
