Diamond Scheduler is a Windows-based scheduling program that allows you to
create season schedules for all types of sports leagues. It runs on Windows XP,
2000, 98, and 95. As you can tell by the name, the program started as a baseball and softball
tool, but has evolved into a program that is used internationally by soccer,
football, basketball, darts, hockey, curling and other leagues. While it is
called "powerful" by reviewers, we pride ourselves on ease-of-use.
So why are we so concerned about ease-of-use?
If your league is like most ... just when you think you've
got a final schedule for the year, a team is added or dropped, or available
timeslots change. Our own experience scheduling baseball and softball taught us
how frustrating it is to create a new schedule in a timely manner under such
conditions; so much so that we grew tired of trying to do this manually and
created our own computer program. Diamond Scheduler allows you to make those
last-minute adjustments, then to click the "Schedule Now" button. Seconds later,
you've got your new calendar.
The program allows you to define divisions, teams, and venues, and then to
automatically create a schedule for up to 30 teams per division (or maybe a few
more). Pairings can employ our optimized algorithm, random pairings, "available
timeslots" method or your own sequence. The program also includes algorithms for
single- and double-elimination tournament play for 5-16 teams.
What are the system requirements?
Diamond Scheduler works on all Windows-based operating
systems with a minimum of a Pentium 150 or above with 32MB of RAM or better.

it for free (exporting and printing are disabled and there is a six-team limit
in the demo mode). If you find the software useful, register your copy for $60
